He started his career at Coca-Cola HBC in 1999 as part of internship program.  In 2000, he was appointed in the Marketing department as Merchandising Officer. Over the next few years, he went through different positions in marketing and sales, becoming Area Sales Manager at South West Area in 2006. This was a period of intensive learning, leadership development, and the ability to lead a large team and build relationships. In 2006 he went back to Marketing as a Marketing Manager, and assumed the role of Marketing and Key Account Manager in 2010. In 2011 he became Country Sales Manager, and General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Bulgaria in 2014. In August 2018 he became the General Manager of Coca-Cola HBC for Serbia and Montenegro, also joining NALED Managing Board.

Zoran Semenović was born on January 4, 1974 in Melbourne. He studied at the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad and in 2000 acquired the title of graduate engineer of agro economics. In 2018, he wrote a master's thesis on the topic of Financing municipal budgets on the example of the municipality of Šid and acquired the title of master economist. He actively participates in the socio-political life of the municipality of Sid and the Srem district since 2002. Since 2004, he has been a councilor in the Municipal Assembly of Šid for five terms. He is a participant in numerous social and humanitarian activities prepared by organizations in the municipality of Šid. In the period from 2002 to 2004, he was the Head of the organization of plant production in MI "Srem" in Šid. After that, in 2004, he moved to the position of assistant director of the public company for housing services and construction land in the municipality of Šid, and in 2008 he took over the position of director of this company. He performed the function of the Deputy Mayor of the Šid municipality from May 16, 2016 until August 21, 2020, when he was elected as Mayor of this municipality.

Neven Marinović is co-founder and executive director of Smart Kolektiv, one of the leading organizations in Serbia in the field of CSR and social entrepreneurship. He is a Director of the Forum for Responsible Business - the network of socially responsible companies in Serbia. Neven gained formal education at the Department of Production and Management at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, while he gained a non-formal education through numerous education programs across Europe and the United States, including a training program on management and leadership in the non-profit sector at Harvard University. He is a co-founder of several social enterprises in Serbia and is one of the initiators of various support programs for social and young entrepreneurs in the form of incubators, financial support programs and advocacy coalitions. Neven has extensive experience in consulting various companies and international organizations such as the EBRD, the World Bank, the OSCE, and the UNDP.
